Suppository Processing Description:
SFFS-6P is automatic machines for the production of suppositories and ovules in strips of thermoformable plastic. The cavities can be of different cut and volume according to the client’s requirements. Production up to 12.000 supp/hour.
The Base Machine Includes:
- Two forming reel un-winders with disk brake
- Movement operator by servo motors
- Forming station with pneumatic cylinder
- Lower cutting station
- Dosing unit
- Product Jacket tank (for product melting at max 60/70 C°)
- Cooling tunnel
- Top sealing and embossing station
- Cutting & perforation station
- The main operator panel is provided with stop, start and reset push-buttons and a touch screen display.
- End of reels check with automatic machine stop.
- Machine stop for error sequence (integrated in the PLC)
- Air circuit complete with filtering components and air pressure gauge
- Water loop to cool all supports for heated tools.
- Safety guards with safety switches.
- Emergency push buttons
